Pull ups. Not a personal favourite of mine😒 They are hard, extremely challengingand not one of my strengths which is exactly why I am doing them. If you always avoid your weaknesses or exercises you don't enjoy doing, you are missing out on a great opportunity to add a high level of load and new intensity to the muscles being trained. In order to prevent plateaus and see progressions  in training we always need to train with high intensity, challenge and for strength, load. By training muscle groups we don't like doing, ultimately we will get stronger and better at it (and guarantee you will end up liking it because it's no longer a weakness) and progress more so in your training and body composition for it. So here's me today, doing a variation of exercises on back today I don't enjoy doing. Starting with pull ups 🙄🙄
