I always start with either a massive leg day or killer back day to get things rollin! Here are two of my favs: straight arm pull-downs and face-pulls. There are a lot of variations I've seen, but the form I have shown here are super effective for me. Straight pull-down really activate my mid-lats and my abs! Face pulls isolate my favs: those rear delts! Feel the burn babes! •

I love kofta which are fried veggie balls. Problem is they are deep fried. 
I was in search of a recipe with baked kofta and the kofta had to be made of Bottlegourd (lauki) . 
Finally after some snooping and critical thinking 😁 settled on a recipe by the late Tarla Dalal which required steaming of the balls. 
After an hours worth of slow work I finally got my end product. 
I think the curry is more #indochinese and the kofta is more like a manchurian. I had to tweak it a slight bit . I added rice vinegar in the end for the slight smokiness and to even out the flavor . While cooking the tomatoe puree I added chicken stock that I got from Costco for some  extra protein. Scroll through for pics of the kofta balls before steaming and the base.
