The same cannot be said about animal products.

One can choose to eat this stuff, as sadly it's available everywhere + the meat industry continues to brainwash the public with their desperate propaganda. Yep, money talks.

The bigger problem is with those who also force it upon others, like children. We already know that it would be much healthier to give the kid a, let's say, hummus sandwich, instead of ham & cheese. Not giving your kids the best you could when the choices are there and force them instead to eat nasty foods is a form of child abuse.

Is smoking carcinogenic? YES.

Will you get cancer if you smoke? - Not necessarily, but you WILL certainly and considerably increase the risk. One may smoke 20 cigs a day and die at 100 years old after being ran over by a truck. Still, smoking IS carcinogenic.

Should we make children smoke cigarettes? - NO.

Are these meats carcinogenic? - YES.

Will you get cancer if you eat them? - Not necessarily, but you WILL certainly and considerably increase the risk. You may eat bacon everyday and die at 100 years old after being ran over by a truck. Still, bacon IS carcinogenic.

Should we make children eat bacon? -NO.

Ontem  vocês disseram que queriam saber sobre o Café  no último post que fiz com o vídeo da Dona Herminia! 
Então  vamos lá,

1) Café emagrece? 
Essa é uma pergunta com una resposta muito longa mas vou tentar resumir. O café de boa qualidade possui muitos fitoquimicos e antioxidantes que auxiliam no processo de controle hormonal, desintoxicação podendo auxiliar na perda de peso. Mas não pela cafeína como muitos acreditam. As revisões científicas mostram que a cafeína interfere no nosso sistema nervoso, fazendo com que aumente o tempo de exaustão. Ou seja, nos promove uma sensação de energia e animo por mais tempo, dessa forma demoramos mais para cansar durante um exercício,  e por se exercitar mais, emagrecemos. Ou seja, apenas tomar café/cafeína e ficar sentado não queima calorias.

2) Café atrapalha na ansiedade/irritabilidade ?
Depende muito da forma como cada pessoa metaboliza cafeína.  Se tem uma alta ou baixa tolerância,  se o fígado está saudável... mas no geral não recomendo café para quem tem ansiedade/irritabilidade, ainda mais depois das 16h para que não atrapalhe no sono, já que quem tem ansiedade tem uma tendência maior a insonia. 
3) Café com óleo de coco emagrece?
Essa mistura é bem vinda no pré treino, pois além do café proporcionar mais disposição,  o óleo de coco potencializa o controle hormonal de queima de gordura além de dar energia para exercicios de resistência.  Outro benefício é a saciedade do óleo de coco,  sendo assim esse conjunto auxilia na perda de peso, mas não é uma fórmula mágica.  Tudo sempre deve ser visto individualmente.

4) Qual a quantidade de café posso tomar? 
Não há na literatura científica uma definição de quantidade,  tudo deve ser avaliado individualmente pela tolerância e beneficios/malefícios que esteja gerando.  Mas na minha conduta não indico mais do que 3  xic de 200ml por dia  para não criar resistência à cafeina/ dificuldade de metabolização e desintoxicação hepática. .
5) O café atrapalha na absorção dos nutrientes? 
CONTINUA AMANHÃ!
