Hit 170kg this morning, up 10kgs from last week for the same amount of reps 👏.. This is after fasting yesterday morning and switching to a more plant based (vegetarian) diet over the past week. 🌱💪.

Sticking with positivity. Monday = International chest day = wow day. . . 
Was a little down, but nothing à good workout can't fix. 
Week 4 of my program, with my rep count going back up to 8 - 10 reps. 
Finished off with some body weight workouts... Pullups - with the pause at the top to work that isometric strength, travelling push-ups, Push-up planks....

Cauliflower chicken fried "rice" thank you @sarahmaduck for the idea.. Omg! This is my new go to meal! 😍 recipe below 
1 head of cauliflower put through the food processor (approx 4 C)
1 C egg whites
1 6oz chicken breast baked & finely diced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
1/3 C reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 C diced carrots 
1/2 C peas
2 cloves garlic 
1 cayenne chili pepper
1/4 C chives 
1. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan and scramble eggs 
2. Remove eggs from pan and set aside
3. Add remaining oil, peas, carrots & garlic to pan.. Saute ~5 mins
4. Add cauliflower and soy sauce to pan.. Saute another 5-6 mins stirring regularly u ok cauliflower is soft 
5. Add chicken, scrambled eggs, fixed chicken, pepper & chives Saute another 3-4 mins stirring regularly and WALA! Finished! 😍 
Approx 205cal/ 1 1/4 cup serving
