'Peak week' is underway! My diet is very basic this week. 6 meals a day, chicken/turkey/white fish, butter or almond butter & green vege. I am carb depleting over the next few days before I do a carb up on Friday! 🙏🏼
My training now is higher rep to deplete muscles of glycogen & get me burning calories! I'm doing cardio in the morning followed by weights in the afternoon. 😈

This morning felt a bit chilly🍂, which meant pumpkin spice protein waffles were in order!🎃 These. Were. Amazing! Definitely the best waffles I've made. Decided to hit it hard with the GVT before work this morning. Had a great chest pump hitting 10x10 on bench press (not videoed) worked light with 30 second rest from 135 in increments of 10. @marksmellybell slingshot came in handy with that 205, 215, and 225 for 10. I was gassed 😵 the videos are 4x12 hitting the TRX push ups (harder than you think because of stabilizer muscles), DB flyes and cable fly finisher. I still have cardio and body weight stuff to do later today, but the weights are done for today. Eat clean, lift heavy, and get big 💪🏼
