When we were children we would express our exuberance via activities like jumping. In the process and as a result of our playful activity we enjoyed boundless levels of vitality. We now, as adults tend to redefine these activities in a scientific manner with names such as  #plyometrics and we place limitations on ourselves via #sets and #reps all of which has it's place and time but sometimes it's just good to jump up and down until we're tired and in the process enjoy the benefits to our #health & #fitness🤸‍♂️
