Nowadays, the presence of all these quick scheme "cookie-cutter" guides in the social media on how to:  get shredded , get 8 pack abs, get huge... bla bla bla ... is overwhelming! My take on all that :  First of all in 95% cases those programs are not legit. All programs must be custom made for everyone! and secondly , people completely miss out on the simple fact that everything that comes fast and easy goes fast and easy as well ! In particular it applies to natural bodybuilding!

If you want to build an impressive on the outside and healthy from the inside physique - you must put in tremendous amount of work and get patient AF . I get many messages saying : "I've been training hard for 3 months , or 1 year or even 2 years and don't see results...so I feel frustrated and consider steroids cycle..." or some sh..t like that... well with this attitude you won't go far.

when I started lifting 12 years ago, even though I saw decent results within the first 2 years , the quality and density of the muscles was not even close to what I have now, the major progress I started to get probably 6-7 years after , when I became more open-minded and seriously started educate myself on the topics such as Mind-muscle connection (which is absolutely essential), biomechanics of movements, breathing , posture , training techniques, conscious eating, being extremely mindful in the gym and outside of it!

If You willing to become above average, you will have to love the process , even when you stuck and don't see results ! Understand for yourself EXACTLY WHY you are doing this ! Be patient , curious and open-minded ! Learn everything gradually and be willing to experiment with your unique body ! Adopt the mindset of everlasting learning and progress forever.

Es war zwar kein komplettes transformationsvideo von mir, da ich schon über 5 Jahren trainiere und zigtausend Aufnahmen und Bilder dafür habe. Aber das sollte reichen um viele Leute zu motivieren mit dem sport anzufangen oder nicht mehr aufzugeben und weiter durchzuziehen! Fully embraced the my cheat day yesterday. Ate way too much of the wrong stuff. I killed a 2 hour cardio session this morning though and I will be increasing my water intake to make up for it. Time to get back to the grind!

You gotta try this tricep annihilation exercise ! I did it as the finisher exercise (#3) for triceps ... super challenging!

Advanced Diamond push-ups variation with flaring Elbows! The stretch and tension it creates is ridiculous!

In each rep go through full range of motion, focusing on very slow 3-4 sec negatives and explosive but controlled positives ! Try to squeeze the triceps at the top as hard as you can !

Try to do 3-4 sets , reps into total failure!
