1. Incline Push Ups (45 Seconds)
2. Jump Squats (45 Seconds)
3. Tricep Breakdowns (45 Seconds)
4. Split Jumps (45 Seconds)
5. Chair Dips (45 Seconds)
Repeat 4x | 15 Seconds Between Exercises & Little to NO REST between Sets

These things take time. Everything that is worth it, that is built on solid foundation, that has deep well intentions, takes time. Let time be.

Sometimes when we pause our spinning minds and breath in what's happening in the current moment, we remember that we've come far and that progress is made one step at a time. One day at a time.

It may not seem like much until we've strung together the consistent days and seasons of showing up. Then all at once, we realize once again, with relief, that we have everything we need today to keep moving forward. #morningReflection #dailyBreadIsEnough

This whole time I felt it was painstakingly slow moving forward with my career. But this weekend I realized it was me who wasn't listening as best as I could to Life and where it was calling me.

Last week both my clients had 4lb weight losses. I onboard two more clients at the end of this week. And my 70 year old former tennis pro who played against Billy Jean in the US Open starts her training program this week as we work to rehab and strengthen her knee and shoulder.

I updated the timeline for the new website and book to be more realistic and the excitement is growing for this fall.

Still here y'all. Still growing. Learning. Sharing. Daring greatly. Living fully.

Quad focused (because everyone focuses to much on the booty) 
By simply changing your stance, you can use different types of squats to target different parts of your legs. Keeping your legs and feet closer together while on the smith machine, it targets your quad muscles more then a basic stance.

4 different workouts for Leg/quad day

1️⃣Activation/warm up - 1,000 steps on the stair master, mixing in banded kickbacks
2️⃣Narrow stance deep squat - 5 x 10
3️⃣Narrow stance deep PAUSE squats - 5 x 10
4️⃣Weighted step ups - 5 x 10 (each leg) *keep your planted knee behind your toes, and drive through on top with working leg

Не актуальная форма, но она мне нравилась. На фото две недели офисной работы и одна пляжинга без тренировок и правильного питания. Вообще-то, правильного питания я никогда и не соблюдала толком (слабохарактерное создание😥), но пахать в зальчике умею на износ. Поправочка: если речь не о кардио😨 Ненавижу кардио!
Вопрос знатокам: как не превратиться в кабачок, делая только силовые тренировки и не особо следя за питанием?
Ох уж эти тонкие грани😅
