In the Philippines, girls are often distracted in school due to menstrual related issues. Lack of access to clean water or a private bathroom affects their ability to learn. Our #ChildSponsorship programs in the Philippines train teachers to have confidence, knowledge and skills to teach girls how to feel comfortable with these issues, helping them learn and thrive in school.
