1.) Perform each workout back to back without any breaks in between exercises for 1 set. Take a 90 second break in between sets.
2.) Going to failure means doing the exercise until you cannot do it anymore, this helps you reach your limits and increase strength over time.
3.) Write down your failure numbers every week to see strength increases over time.
