Yay for hitting my macro goals!!

Yesterday was my first day back to meal planning and tracking since hurricane Irma. After a week of eating junk, it felt good to eat clean again!!
.
I changed up my macro percentages and used the formula that @myfitnesspal suggested. I was hoping more carbs would give me more energy, but I felt so tired all day!! I think I just need to detox all the salt and sugar from those hurricane snacks!!!😂

January 2017- 4 months post partum and I was happy, as long as I was i was wearing something baggy. I was lethargic, my brain was foggy, I was tired all the time and lived mostly on coffee and beige food - or whatever was quickest. I put it down to "baby brain", lack of sleep and getting used to being a mummy- all very real reasons!

February 2017- I got an email asking me to speak on stage in front of 20,000 people. I was at the bottom of a tub of Ben & Jerrys at the time! 🙊 
March 2017- I did the 30 Days to Healthy Living Plan which had been part of my company for years- but [embarrassingly] had never done it. I cut out sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, alcohol & processed food and used Arbonne supplements for convenience and added goodness.

April 2017- I spoke to an audience of 18,000 people with confidence wearing a size 10 dress that zipped up with ease! My energy was through the roof, even during those "teething nights", my mind was sharper and I had more zest for life! I was over a stone lighter and had lost 9 inches.

NOW- I've maintained loads of good habits, but the muffin top is back! I'm going to kick start my system again starting October. This time I'd love to do it with you!! Message me for more info x
