Este plato es ideal para un brunch! Hoy después de mi rutina de la mañana, que incluye un zumo verde, me puse a trabajar y me olvide de desayunar cuando mire la hora ya eran 10:30! The people of Kashmir pronounce it as "Dum Olu" . The preparation of dum aloo is quite easily and can be prepared in 30-45 min. The making of Kashmiri dum aloo is basically a culinary art. It is not the receipe, but the execution makes it so famous, tasty, delicious and loveable. Every Kashmiri family makes dum aloo with almost same recipe, but every dish have a different taste. It is because of the additional Ingredients. 
Ingredients
10 - 12 medium sized potatoes
1- 11/2 TBS Kashmiri chili powder
Salt to taste
1/4tsp asafetida powder (hing powder)
1/2 tsp ginger powder
4-5 cloves ( slightly crushed)
1/2 cup yogurt (room temperature and whisked well)
½ tsp cumin seed
1 C oil for frying
4 Tbs oil
1 cinnamonstick 2-3 big brown cardamom/badi elaichi ( slightly crushed - give it a knock with a heavy spoon)
1 small green cardamom
3 -4 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tbs sugar (optional)
water
Garam Masala powder ( Kashmiri Garam masala)

Ingredients:
Olive Oil, Greek Yogurt, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Corn, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onions, Garlic and Ginger! 
Marinated chicken with: Salt, Pepper, Kurma Powder and Paprika! 
Garnished with: Parsley and Paprika. 
Tip: Leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serve!

Honestly this is probably one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. It’s so so good. I am telling you, you need to make this | Sautéed spinach, pumpkin + haloumi.
Grill diced pumpkin in a little olive oil until mostly browned, add in 2-3 slices of diced haloumi and grill then move to one side of the pan. Add loads of spinach (it shrinks down when it’s cooked) to the other side of the pan then drizzle with olive oil (tip – use onion infused olive oil for extra flavour, it really does do wonders!) and give it a little mix through. Mix everything together in the pan then sprinkle with a few flaked almonds. Simmer for just a few more minutes, stirring as it needs then serve + eat! It takes probably a whole 10-15 mins including prep time, makes for the best side dish ever or a great vegetarian main meal +  it is packed full of Calcium, Iron, Fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Folate, Potassium, Magnesium, Protein and Healthy Fats. It is literally the definition of nutritious and delicious. And if you come to my house for dinner anytime soon you will probably have this!
