Never did I think I could actually cook a healthy meal, let alone stop making cupcakes🤤😱 If you would of told me this would be my life last year, I wouldn’t of believed you. The only time I used to be in the kitchen was to bake. We were a family that lived off the drive through and sandwiches. I used to never think I could have enough energy to feel like super mom👸🏼💃 but wow have i conquered that challenge. I Don't use a microwave. I reheat my meals using a pan. If I'm out to dinner or at a friends and they use a microwave so be it. My point is when I don't need to use it I don't. In fact I don't even own a microwave. 👌💪🤙

Here's two reasons why I rather not use a microwave.. this is without saying all the radiation leakage is can cause. 😏

1. It generates harmful compounds.Microwaves deplete the nutrients found in food. In addition, it replaces the healthy compounds of the dish with radioactive ones. This happens because microwave ovens use microwave ionization to heat up food. Ionization in controlled areas is found to be cancer causing in humans._
2. It changes blood chemistry. Research has found that when a person regularly eats meals that are heated in a microwave, their blood chemistry changes for the worse. They can experience anemia due to a decrease in hemoglobin on the other hand research has found that cholesterol levels in humans can increase rapidly.
