I'm not better yet, but I'm much improved πŸ‘πŸ» and I managed to spend a bit of time this evening playing my favourite game of tormenting myself with all the things I 'cant' buy in the supermarkets πŸ˜‚ I resisted this amazing looking Sundae - I didn't even bother pointing it up! It was about 1,200 calories though!😱 I'm definitely getting my appetite back πŸ˜‚

Then the husband decides he wants a kebab and 'lovingly' orders a pizza too so that I could have some if I wanted as he knows I've not been well!πŸ™„ not a piece of either passed my lips πŸ’ͺ🏻 .
Then I had to serve up his yellowsticker Cheesecake with fruit coulis and a whole load of squirty cream πŸ‘πŸ» resistance is strong πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻

BREAKFAST:
Every morning without fail, I make oats for breakfast. They're delicious and so SO good for you. I make mine in the microwave: boiling water + oats + salt in for 1,5 to 2 minutes (with stirring in between otherwise they boil over) and then I add cinnamon, linseeds and butter to the mix.

For the filling I used fish and vegetables seasoned with garlic, spring onion, fresh chillies, bay leaf, coriander and black pepper plus free alcoholic wine. Yummy yummy. You can't go wrong with red, orange and green. For desert a slice of tiramisu reduced fat 25g 1.5 syns.

Treated myself to one of these sweet things to get me to the 2nd of September (#nosugarchallenge). Alot of times when you're making progress, at some point or time you'll feel like you've  plateaued or are going backwards. Thats when you switch up your approach. Your body gets used to doing the same workouts week after week. In order to grow, you have to push your body to do something its not used to. More weight, more reps, different technique, etc.
