Every chance I get this week, I've been reading the book "It Starts With Food" by Dallas & Melissa Hartwig. And man, I am learning SO much, you guys. What we put in our bodies, good or bad, truly has a lasting effect on our overall health.

When I started my health journey last year I was starting from zero.  I was eating Oreos every day, fast food 3x a week, pizza, beer, wine, cheese, crackers, pop tarts. All of it. All the time. 24/7. Didn't care. .
It was so important for me to relearn WHAT and HOW MUCH my body really needed each day. .
But now, since I'm on a path to continuing health, it's time for me to discover which foods my body reacts to and why.  On October 1 I'm starting #Whole30 and I couldn't be more excited. I'm not doing this to lose weight or gain muscle. ✨I'm doing this to learn how to treat my one and only body with what it really needs to THRIVE.✨
