Little late night session resulted in a pretty decent PR, 485lbs, RPE 7.5342221.

Weight moved very well tonight, I'm pretty sure I could gone a tad bit heavier but I currently have no back pain and I plan on keeping it that way. 🤷‍♂️😬 5 hundo I'm coming for you... 😈

Good morning fit family!! Rise and shine!!! There are so many exercises that sometimes we just forget them!!!! Today I'm sharing with you the figure of 8. It works  mainly the torso and core. The muscle groups working are the iternal and external obliques, rectus abdominis, and transversus abdominis.

Instructions:
Deadlift the kettlebell from the floor and stand with the feet slightly wider than hip, distance apart. In a half squat position, swing the kettlebell back between the thighs with one hand. Circle the free hand to the outside and back of the thighs and pass the kettlebell to this free hand. Circle the kettlebell around the outside of the thigh, back to the front and centre before swinging back between the thighs again. The other free hand now circles to the outside and back of the thighs ready to receive the kettlebell again. The kettlebell should have now travelled in a figure of 8 around and between the legs.

Tips:
->Keep a bend in the knees but return to standing each time the kettlebell exchanges hands;
->Maintain neutral spine;
->Ensure the kettlebell doesn’t drop lower than the knees on the pass through the legs.

Common faults and corrections:
Rounding the back – ensure neutral spine is maintained. Bend at the knees to pass the kettlebell back between the thighs, straighten up once the exchange has taken place and then bend at the knees again.

Boommmm, let's take care of our torso and coreeeeee but remember the neutral spine 👍

Last of the @dr_zaks_ltd protein cookies is the chocolate chip version. There really isn’t much I can say about this, it has no taste and feels like I’m eating paper. I would go into more detail but just read the other reviews I have done on their cookie range. This however is better then the salted caramel flavour so I will give this 2/10. Don’t waste your money folks with these cookies 🤢
