My workout today. Completed my 6 week weights training, interspersed with colds and sniffles so that wasn't ideal. Currently working through a project to create circuits that incorporate different gym equipment, so #followme and stay tuned! .
I personally prefer this training style as it directly translates to movements that I can use for Taekwondo and martial arts.

En los gimnasios últimamente se a puesto mucho de moda la fobia de cabohidratos en las personas que quieren bajar o mantener su peso. ❌
Sabian que mínimo la mitad (50%) de la energía que necesitamos por día, tiene que provenir de los hidratos de carbono? Y saben porqué es ésto? Por que los hidratos cuando se degradan proveen moléculas de glucosa, y el cerebro consume 150 gramos de glucosa como combustible POR DÍA para funcionar bien.💪 También las corneas, los globulos rojos, la médula renal, y todo el sistema osteoarticular y muscular durante el ejercicio🏋🏃⛹. Entonces que pasa cuando los restringimos?
