What? Why?
I reload the week following a deload (planned rest) 
1) the body has been desensitised to volume
2) after deloading the exercise selection ("mini" macro cycle) and rep range (meso cycle) have been changed
.
This means the body doesn't need as much stimulus to achieve the same result! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
In fact smashing myself now would only mean I wouldn't recover before it's time to work the same muscle group again! ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
