Last workout at home, made it a full body circuit. This is the Bruce Lee Circuit, every exercise is 12 reps, except squat which is 15 reps and you do 2 sets no rest.
Hang Clean -> BB Curl -> BTN Press -> Upright Row -> Back Squat -> BB Row -> Bench -> BB Pullover
After this Bruce Lee Core Circuit, 2 sets no rest each exercise until failure;
