Hoje foi dia de cuidar dos fios com o banho de creme da @bioextratus. Quem acompanha os stories sabe que voltei a fazer cronograma capilar e tenho procurado cuidar para que os fios não quebrem e cresçam cada vez mais. Eu defendo que o cabelo sempre cresce mesmo que pouco, porém, sem cuidados com a saúde e manutenção externa dos fios fica mais dificil a percepção.
