Riedell just blew my mind with their customer service. When I started Derby 5 months ago as fresh meat everybody told me to go riedell. For the price it was the best skate you can get and it lasted them years. I was convinced and ordered some. Within 5 months my boot completely ripped apart from the skate and I was super disappointed. When I message them they asked me to send a photo with my size and address and I didn’t hear anything back. That was about a week ago and these just showed up on the doorstep. You just made this derby girls entire month! THANK YOU ????????
